BUSINESS OVERVIEW Business Fields

Supporting society's "present" and "future" with precision machining technology.
Since our founding in 1948, we have supported Japanese manufacturing through the production of nozzles for textiles.
The micron-level precision machining technology cultivated there is now being applied to cutting-edge growth areas such as semiconductors, medical equipment, and aerospace.
With a solid foundation and a commitment to future challenges as our two driving forces, we will continue to contribute to the development of society.
Core Business

Textiles, Nonwoven Fabrics, and Films
This is the root of our company and the fruition of technology cultivated over many years. It supports the quality and productivity of all textiles, from clothing to industrial materials, and continues to contribute to society through stable supply.
We will expand the core technologies cultivated in our foundational businesses into growth areas.
Growth area
-
Semiconductor
Contributing to semiconductor inspection and manufacturing, supporting the IT society.
-
Medical and Biotechnology
We contribute to healthy living through precision machining for medical devices.
-
Aviation/Aero Space
Aerospace parts open up the future of the sky and space.

Textiles, nonwoven, Film TEXTILE / NONWOVEN / FILM

Nonwoven fabrics, such as those used in clothing and sanitary materials, are manufactured by melting synthetic resin and extruding it through a nozzle with small holes.
Since its founding in 1948, Kasei Nozzle has been manufacturing and selling nozzles, supplying them to customers all over the world.
Based on our years of accumulated technology and experience, we provide total solutions from design and manufacturing to maintenance.
- Main Products
-
- Nozzle for chemical fibers
- Nozzle for nonwoven fabrics
- Spinning apparatus
- T-Dye
- Coater Die

SemiconductorSEMICONDUCTOR

We process parts that require nano-level precision, such as apertures and electron beam components.
Micro-hole machining and high-precision planar machining enable electron beam control and stable wafer holding.
We deliver new electronic technologies to society and contribute as foundational technologies to make your life more convenient.
- Main Products
-
- Aperture
- Electron beam components

Medical and BiotechnologyMEDICAL AND BIOTECHNOLOGY

Using microfabrication technology, we supply products such as nozzles for forming hollow fiber membranes in dialyzers and microreactors used in new drug research.
Furthermore, we are contributing to research in the field of regenerative medicine, such as by developing a biofilament spinning device in collaboration with a university.
- Main Products
-
- Hollow nozzle
- microreactor
- Biofilament spinning machine

Aviation/Aero SpaceAVIATION AND AEROSPACE

Injection nozzles and dispenser nozzles used in the aerospace industry are critical components that precisely control fuel and chemicals.
Leveraging our micro-hole machining and precision machining technologies, we manufacture high-precision nozzles that stabilize flow rate and spray conditions.
We have extensive experience processing high-melting-point materials such as molybdenum and tungsten, which are used in harsh environments.
- Main Products
-
- Spray nozzle

Equipment assemblyEQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY

- Assembly services for semiconductor manufacturing equipment that will support the future.
- Leveraging the expertise and experienced personnel cultivated in our core business, we launched a new initiative in July 2022 to undertake the assembly of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
As our business expanded, we constructed a new factory in March 2025 and began operations there in April of the same year.
We handle every step of the process, from assembling parts and installing them in equipment to precision testing and final inspection, all in one stop. We work closely with our customers to deliver peace of mind and reliability. - New factory "Soun Village" is born.
- In line with the full-scale expansion of our semiconductor manufacturing equipment assembly business, we constructed a new factory in March 2025.
This factory, with a site area of 9,019 square meters, a total floor area of 10,317 square meters, and a three-story steel frame structure, has been named "Soun Village" after Hojo Soun, a Sengoku period warlord with ties to the local Ibara City.
While cherishing our ties with the local community, we will use this location to showcase world-class quality.
