  • Hollow fiber membrane

Membranes are used as filtration materials in various fields, including hemodialysis, artificial organs, water treatment, and gas exchange. The hollow nozzles used to create these membranes require high-precision machining, including precise inner/outer diameter and concentricity, to form a uniform film.

Machining accuracy

The inner and outer components are machined to a bore diameter accuracy of Φ±0.001mm, maintaining a concentricity of Φ0.005mm. Furthermore, for nozzles used in multi-block systems, flow rate measurements are performed to minimize discharge unevenness between nozzles, ensuring that the variation remains within specified limits.

Double layers (triple pipes)

By assembling three or more components, it is possible to produce hollow fibers with two or more layers, and to simultaneously extrude the coagulation solution and protective layer from the outside.
