Equipment installation process

Equipment Flow｜Spunbond Production Machine

The molten resin material is discharged from the nozzle with a conpressed hot air. Discharged web is pressed by heat roll and become the sheet.

Equipment Flow | Meltblown production machine

The raw resin is melted and extruded from a nozzle, and hot air is sprayed around it to further thin the thread.
The sheets are formed on a conveyor belt. Since the fibers self-bond to each other using hot air, a heat bonding process is not required.

Equipment Flow | Filament Spinning Machine

The molten resin material discharged from the nozzle is taken up by a winder via stretching roll.
