Pilot Machine for Nonwoven
Our two pilot machines for nonwoven accommodate web widths of 500mm and 250mm, and allow for prototyping with meltblown and spunbond. (Testing with composite spinning using 2 type of raw materials is also possible.) You can bring your raw materials with our spin packs.
600mm Pilot Machine
It is compatible with meltblown and spunbond, and can be used to spin composite yarns using two types of polymers.

250mm Meltblown Pilot Machine
(Super engineering plastic is available)
Equipped with a horizontal discharge die, it can also handle raw materials such as super engineering plastics at high temperatures (up to 450°C).

POY Pilot Machine
Our pilot melt spinning machine is for POY and SDY processes test by thermoplastic polymer like PET, PA and PO. It is able to spin by not only single polymer but 2 or 3 types of polymers simultaneously to produce a conjugated fiber.
Solution Spinning Pilot Machine
It is possible to spin hollow fiber membranes and solid yarns with single layer or double layer.
We use single hole spinneret with various solution raw materials and are also able to verify the process as a wet/dry spinning process.
